The food was outstanding and Winnie was a great teacher. She had everything bought and washed, ready to dice blend and cook. Mojitos we’re fresh and delicious. It does take a bit to get to eating so don’t arrive starving. Winnie also shared a lot about her life and current events in Panama.

Chef Winnie is amazing!!

First of all let me say chef Winnie was so sweet!! We we learned a few Central American dishes and got a glimpse into Panamanian life through Winie, a French expat living in Panama City for over 10 years. Hanging out with her was priceless as we hardly had a chance to talk to locals on the other tours we did.

The cooking class with Chef Winnie was a blast. I have been realizing that cooking classes are a lot more fun than just dining out. It was a fast way to meet others , get tips on new experiences and taste the local food! The ceviche, arroz con pollo and mojitos were just perfect! Would do it again!

We enjoyed learning about Panamanian food and culture while making delicious food and drinks. Chef Winnie adjusted for my kid's age (virgin drinks) and dietary needs (vegetarian). We recommend the class!
